letter from 1st Sgt or commanding officer verifying that you
have "Arrest Powers".

If you are in the reserves and are a Police officer or a retired Police
officer in civilian life, proof of such.
2009 Firefighter Special

Orders clearly stating you are assigned to a Firefighting unit and a
letter from 1st Sgt or commanding officer verifying that you have
Firefighting duties.
Or
If you are in the reserves and are a Firefighter or a retired Firefighter
in civilian life, proof of such.
