We can sell to any privileged member of the US/NATO armed forces and DOD employees with a valid ID card who are currently stationed overseas for more than a 30 day period. So basically if you have a valid military ID card and you have official military orders sending you overseas (outside of the fifty United States) for more than a 30 day period (PCS,TDY,TAD or TCS) then you qualify.
